Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges and / or returns. To uphold responsibilities for safety and sanitation, all items are final sale. We highly encourage our customers to input your correct address and use the size charts to ensure that you receive the correct size.

 

However, if your product was defect, damaged, misprinted, and / or lost in transit, please email us and send us a picture of the damaged item(s) to contact@thekingdomlifeapparel.com. We will make sure to respond to you within 24 hours and work to get you a replacement at no cost. 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please reach out and contact us as soon as possible so we can get you a replacement free of charge.

Hoodie and Jogger Pants Care

In order to avoid any color transfer make sure to wash inside out with clothes that have similar pieces of color. When drying, we recommend drying with a smaller load (e.g. shirts or undergarments) so that the clothing dries evenly and you can avoid heavy lint.
