Kingdom Life Apparel: Why we do What we do

At Kingdom Life Apparel, we want our first post to introduce our mission. We are a christian apparel company who desires to see lives transformed through the gospel, and lost souls to be won for Christ. Our motto will always be Matthew 6:33 which says, “seek the kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and you will have everything you need.” Although we always aim to provide you with unique and fashionable apparel, we want to emphasize that Kingdom Life Apparel will never be bigger than the Great Commision. Our clothing can have all the unique sayings in the world, but ultimately we know that it is the Holy Spirit who helps start conversations and provides believers with the right words to say, and when to say them. The Holy Spirit will always be our number one source, and we desire for you to believe the same way.

Embracing the God Life

On some of our clothing, you’ll notice the following tagline: “Embracing the God Life.” Well what does it mean to Embrace the God Life? Embracing the God life means to take on the number one mission that Christ has called all of us to, and that’s to, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” (Mark 16:15). No, you do not have to be the head pastor of a church or have a high ranking leadership position to embrace this life. Sharing our faith with humility and boldness is something that all believers are called to do. Perfection isn’t required for this life either. When we look at some of the people that Jesus was speaking to in this passage, you’ll notice that by society’s standards they were castoffs. Matthew, one of Jesus’s disciples, was a tax collector (tax collectors were widely disliked and deemed untrustworthy in Biblical times) and Peter, another one of Jesus’s disciples, denied Jesus when it mattered most (Luke 22:54-62). Yet, Jesus didn’t let their sin define them, and as His disciples they were still called to embrace the life of sharing the gospel and fulfilling the Great Commission. So as you can see, perfection or a position title isn’t required. What God is looking for is a willing heart, and when you embrace the God life, you will find that that is where life and purpose is truly found.
